- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1/2 cup turkey bacon, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, chopped turkey bacon, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, almond flour, egg, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Form mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
