Delicious and keto-friendly garlic butter meatballs made with turkey bacon, perfect for holiday gatherings.

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup turkey bacon, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, chopped turkey bacon, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, almond flour, egg, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Form mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
  4. Place meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
  6. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add cooked meatballs and toss them in the garlic butter.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

  • Serve with low-carb dipping sauces or on a bed of zucchini noodles for a complete meal.
  • These meatballs can be made ahead of time and frozen.
