  • 1 pound turkey breast, sliced
  • 8 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup onions, sliced
  • 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté onions and bell peppers until tender.
  3. Add turkey breast slices to the skillet, sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, and pepper, and cook until heated through.
  4. Lay out turkey bacon slices and place a portion of the turkey mixture on each slice.
  5. Sprinkle with provolone cheese and roll them up tightly.
  6. Place the roll-ups seam side down on a baking sheet.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the bacon is crispy and the cheese has melted.
  8. Remove from oven, let cool slightly, and serve.
