  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup cauliflower rice
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds.
  3. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned.
  4. Stir in cauliflower rice, cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  5. Stuff each bell pepper with the beef mixture.
  6. Place stuffed peppers in a baking dish and bake for 30 minutes.
  7. Remove from oven, let cool slightly, and serve.
