  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, green onions, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic powder, ginger, and black pepper. Mix well.
  3. Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
  4. Place the meatballs on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes, or until cooked through.
  5. While the meatballs are baking, prepare the spicy mayo dip by mixing the mayonnaise, Sriracha, and lime juice in a small bowl.
  6. Serve the meatballs hot with the spicy mayo dip on the side.
