  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a bowl, mix ricotta, 1 cup mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread a layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
  5. Lay out a noodle, spread a quarter of the cheese mixture, and roll it up. Place seam-side down in the dish.
  6. Repeat for all noodles, then top with remaining marinara sauce and mozzarella.
  7. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
