  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup spinach, chopped
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add diced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
  3. Add orzo and chicken broth to the skillet. Bring to a simmer and cook until orzo is tender.
  4. Stir in heavy cream, spinach, and garlic powder. Cook until spinach is wilted and the sauce is creamy.
