- 8 ounces whole wheat pasta
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup cucumber, diced
- 1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup black olives, sliced
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside to cool.
- In a skillet, cook turkey bacon until crispy, then crumble it.
- In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, turkey bacon, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, feta cheese, and black olives.
