  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked.
  2. Add the chopped onion and garlic, cooking until the onion is translucent.
  3. Stir in the diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, corn, and black beans.
  4. Season with chili powder, cumin, salt, black pepper, and paprika.
  5. Simmer for about 10 minutes, allowing flavors to meld.
  6. If desired, sprinkle with cheese and allow it to melt before serving.
