  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup grated chocolate for topping
  • 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  3. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  4. Melt the chocolate chips and fold them into the cheesecake mixture.
  5. In a mini muffin tin, place graham cracker crumbs at the bottom.
  6. Scoop the cheesecake mixture on top of the crumbs.
  7. Bake for 15-18 minutes or until set.
