  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 pound baby potatoes
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning
  • 1 packet au jus seasoning
  • 1 stick unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup pepperoncini peppers

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place the chicken breasts and potatoes in a baking dish.
  3. Sprinkle the ranch and au jus seasoning over the chicken and potatoes.
  4. Place the stick of butter on top and add the pepperoncini.
  5. Bake covered for 45 minutes, then uncovered for an additional 15 minutes.
