Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together milk, egg, and melted butter.
  3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  4. Preheat a skillet over medium heat and grease lightly.
  5. Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake.
  6. Cook until bubbles form on top, then flip and cook until golden brown.
  7. In a separate skillet, cook turkey bacon until crispy.
  8. Serve pancakes warm with crispy turkey bacon on the side.
