- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1 cup fresh spinach
