One Pan Balsamic Chicken

A quick and delicious one-pan meal featuring balsamic chicken, perfect for busy weeknights.

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cup fresh spinach

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Add them to the skillet and cook until golden brown.
  3. In a bowl, mix balsamic vinegar, honey, and minced garlic. Pour over the chicken in the skillet.
  4. Let it simmer until the chicken is cooked through, about 15-20 minutes.
  5. Add cherry tomatoes and spinach, cooking until the spinach wilts.
