One-Pan 20-Minute Garlic Parmesan Shrimp & Veggies

A quick and easy meal that combines juicy garlic shrimp with fresh veggies, perfect for busy weekdays.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 cups mixed bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Stir in the shrimp, salt, and black pepper; cook until shrimp are pink.
  4. Add the bell peppers and broccoli, cooking for an additional 3-4 minutes.
  5. Sprinkle with red pepper flakes and Italian seasoning.
  6. Remove from heat and stir in Parmesan cheese.
  7. Serve immediately.

Notes
