- 4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 2 tablespoons herb butter
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 medium zucchini, diced
- 1 cup rice
- 2 cups chicken broth
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
