One Pot Cajun Chicken Alfredo

  • 12 ounces fettuccine
  • 3 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups spinach, fresh
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the diced chicken and Cajun seasoning, cooking until chicken is browned.
