One-pan creamy Tuscan salmon

A delectable one-pan dish featuring salmon and turkey bacon, enhanced with a creamy Tuscan sauce.

Ingredients

  • 4 fillets salmon
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon over medium heat until crisp. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, add olive oil and garlic; sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Add in the salmon fillets and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side until cooked through.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream, then add the spinach, cherry tomatoes, parmesan, and Italian seasoning. Stir until heated through.
  5. Crumble the bacon over the top and serve hot.

Notes

  • For added flavor, use smoked paprika.
  • Feel free to substitute the spinach with kale or arugula.
