  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 orange, sliced (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the orange juice, honey, soy sauce, olive oil, ginger, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and lightly grease the grates.
  4. Remove salmon from the marinade and grill for about 5-6 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
  5. Serve garnished with orange slices.
