Parmesan Crusted Chicken

  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. In another bowl, beat the eggs.
  4. Dip each chicken breast into the egg mixture, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sear each chicken breast for 3-4 minutes on each side.
  6. Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
