8 ounces elbow macaroni
4 slices turkey bacon
1 cup chicken ham, diced
2 tablespoons butter
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon paprika
2 eggs, beaten
Instructions
Cook the macaroni according to the package instructions; drain and set aside.
In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then chop into pieces.
In a large bowl, combine the cooked macaroni, chicken ham, turkey bacon, butter, cheddar cheese, milk, pepper, salt, paprika, and beaten eggs. Mix well.
Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30-35 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown.
Notes
For extra creaminess, add more cheese or a splash of cream.
