  • 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs

  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in vanilla extract.
  5. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust.
  6. In another bowl, mix sliced peaches with brown sugar and cinnamon. Spoon the peach mixture over the cheesecake batter.
  7. Bake for 55-60 minutes or until the center is set.
