Pepperoni Burger Provolone Brioche

A delicious twist on the classic burger, featuring pepperoni and provolone on a brioche bun.

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 4 slices pepperoni
  • 4 slices provolone cheese
  • 4 brioche buns
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, combine the ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Form into patties.
  3. Grill the patties for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
  4. During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of provolone cheese and pepperoni on each burger.
  5. Toast the brioche buns on the grill as the burgers finish cooking.
  6. Assemble the burgers by placing the patties on the bottom half of the brioche buns and topping with the other half.
