Delicious and easy Philly Cheesesteak Bowls made with turkey bacon and beef for the perfect comfort food.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound beef, sliced thin
  • 6 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded

Instructions

  1. Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy, then remove and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, add the sliced beef and cook until browned.
  3. Add the sliced bell pepper and onion, cooking until soft.
  4. Layer the beef and vegetable mixture over cooked rice in bowls.
  5. Top with crumbled turkey bacon and shredded provolone cheese.
  6. Serve warm and enjoy!
