Ingredients

  • 1 cup protein powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking sheet.
  2. In a bowl, mix the almond flour, cocoa powder, protein powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together honey, applesauce, eggs, and vanilla extract.
  4. Combine the wet and dry ingredients and mix until smooth.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared baking sheet and spread evenly.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
