Ingredients

  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 cup milk (or almond milk)

Instructions

  1. Blend the oats in a blender until they reach a flour-like consistency.
  2. Add the eggs, banana, protein powder, baking powder, and milk to the blender.
  3. Blend until smooth.
  4. Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  5. Pour batter onto the skillet, forming pancakes of your desired size.
  6. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
