Ingredients

  • 2 cups milk or milk alternative
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup berries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, protein powder, chia seeds, and cinnamon.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together milk, honey, and Greek yogurt until smooth.
  3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry mixture and stir until well combined.
