  • ½ cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, spices, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, granulated sugar, brown sugar, vegetable oil, and eggs until smooth.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
  5. In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  6. Fill each muffin cup halfway with the pumpkin batter, then add a dollop of cream cheese mixture, and top with more pumpkin batter until cups are ¾ full.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
