  • 1 can (12 oz) evaporated milk
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, and pumpkin pie spice.
  3. In another bowl, beat the butter and granulated sugar until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla, mixing well.
  4. Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  5. Pour the batter into a greased baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  6. In a separate bowl, combine the evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk, and heavy cream.
  7. Once the cake is done, poke holes all over its surface and pour the milk mixture over it.
  8. Allow the cake to soak in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  9. Before serving, whip together pumpkin puree and powdered sugar, then spread it on top of the cake.
