- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 large egg yolk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup raspberry jam
