Ingredients

  • 2 cups sliced mushrooms
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup vegetable broth
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the mushrooms and sauté until they are golden brown.
  2. Add minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
  3. Stir in vegetable broth and bring to a simmer.
  4. Add the ravioli and cook according to package instructions until they float to the top.
  5. Reduce heat and stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Cook until the sauce thickens.
  6. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
