- 2 cups sliced mushrooms
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup vegetable broth
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
