Rich Creamy Baked Pumpkin Alfredo

A deliciously rich and creamy baked pumpkin alfredo made with turkey bacon.

  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried sage
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions, then drain.
  3. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then crumble.
  4. In a large bowl, combine pumpkin puree, heavy cream, garlic, sage, nutmeg, salt, and pepper.
  5. Add the cooked fettuccine and crumbled turkey bacon to the pumpkin mixture and stir to combine.
  6. Transfer to a greased baking dish, sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top, and bake for 20-25 minutes.

Notes

  • For added flavor, use freshly grated nutmeg.
  • You can substitute regular bacon for a richer taste.
