  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the ricotta cheese, pomegranate seeds, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Cut a pocket in each chicken breast and stuff them with the ricotta mixture.
