  • 1/4 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons water

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix ground beef, bread crumbs, egg, onion, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic powder. Form into patties.
  2. In a skillet, cook patties until browned. Remove and set aside.
  3. Add beef broth to the skillet, bring to a simmer and stir.
  4. Combine cornstarch and water, add to broth to thicken.
  5. Return patties to the skillet, spoon gravy over, and simmer for 5 minutes.
