- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 cups beef broth
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons water
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, bread crumbs, egg, onion, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic powder. Form into patties.
- In a skillet, cook patties until browned. Remove and set aside.
- Add beef broth to the skillet, bring to a simmer and stir.
