- 1 cup diced fresh mozzarella
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped

- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon instant yeast
- 3/4 cup warm water
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
