Sheet Pan Chicken Pita with Herby Ranch

A delicious and easy-to-make sheet pan chicken pita served with a herby ranch dressing.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken breast
  • 4 pita breads
  • 2 cups mixed salad greens
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup cucumber, sliced
  • 1/4 cup herby ranch dressing

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the chicken breast on a sheet pan and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Add tomatoes and cucumber around the chicken.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes until chicken is fully cooked.
  5. Warm the pitas in the oven during the last 5 minutes of cooking.
  6. Slice the chicken and assemble the pitas with salad greens, chicken, tomatoes, cucumber, and drizzle with herby ranch dressing.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, marinate chicken in your favorite spices before baking.
  • Feel free to add other vegetables like bell peppers or red onion.
