Sheet Pan Teriyaki Chicken and Pineapple

A delicious and easy weeknight meal featuring tender chicken and sweet pineapple, all cooked in one pan.

  • 1 pound chicken thighs
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ginger powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups broccoli florets

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine the teriyaki sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, ginger powder, and black pepper.
  3. Place the chicken thighs on a sheet pan and pour the sauce mixture over them.
  4. Add the pineapple and broccoli around the chicken.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
