Shrimp & Crab Stuffed Mushrooms with Spinach and Parmesan – Elegant, Creamy & Crowd-Pleasing!

Ingredients

  • 12 large mushrooms
  • 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 1 cup crab meat
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Remove the stems from the mushrooms and finely chop them.
  3. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté chopped mushroom stems and garlic until softened.
  4. Add the chopped shrimp, crab meat, spinach, cream cheese, Parmesan, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Stir until well combined.
  5. Stuff the mushroom caps with the mixture and place on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until the mushrooms are tender and tops are golden.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, sprinkle additional Parmesan on top before baking.
  • These make a great appetizer for parties or gatherings.
