  • 1 pound lobster meat, cooked and chopped
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup frozen peas and carrots
  • 1/2 cup onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup celery, diced
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups biscuit dough

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large saucepan, sauté onion and celery until tender.
  3. Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute.
  4. Add heavy cream and chicken broth, stirring until thickened.
  5. Mix in shrimp, lobster, and vegetables, then season with garlic powder, Old Bay, salt, and pepper.
