Shrimp Scampi Pasta Bake

A delightful Shrimp Scampi Pasta Bake that the entire family will love!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 12 ounces pasta, such as linguine or spaghetti
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant.
  4. Add the shrimp and cook until they turn pink.
  5. Stir in the white wine, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper, cooking for another 2-3 minutes.
  6. Mix the cooked pasta into the skillet along with half of the Parmesan cheese and parsley.
  7. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with the remaining Parmesan cheese.
  8. Bake for 20 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
  9. Garnish with additional parsley before serving.

Notes

  • For a creamier version, add a splash of heavy cream before baking.
  • Leftovers can be heated in the oven or microwave.
