Simple Loaded Breakfast Skillet Recipe

A delicious and hearty breakfast skillet loaded with turkey bacon and chicken ham to start your day right.

Ingredients

  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup diced chicken ham
  • 2 cups diced potatoes
  • 1 cup bell peppers, chopped
  • 1/2 cup onion, diced
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crisp. Remove and set aside.
  2. Add diced potatoes to the skillet and cook until golden brown.
  3. Add bell peppers and onions, cooking until soft.
  4. Stir in the chicken ham and mix well.
  5. Make wells in the mixture and crack the eggs into each well.
  6. Cover and cook until the eggs are set.
  7. Sprinkle with cheese, salt, and pepper before serving.

Notes

  • You can substitute turkey bacon with regular bacon if desired.
  • Feel free to add extra vegetables like spinach or mushrooms.
