  • 1 pound baby Yukon gold potatoes
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the garlic, olive oil, thyme, parsley, salt, and pepper.

  3. Place the potatoes in the slow cooker and lay the chicken on top.
