- 1 cup apple cider
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup icing sugar
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the flour, brown sugar, granulated sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together the apple cider, melted butter, and eggs.
