  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti according to package directions until al dente.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add the sun-dried tomatoes and spinach, cooking until the spinach is wilted.
  4. Stir in the heavy cream and season with salt and pepper. Let simmer for a few minutes.
