Spicy Cajun Chicken Alfredo

A rich and creamy dish that combines the bold flavors of Cajun spices with tender chicken and fettuccine pasta.

  • 1 pound fettuccine pasta
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook fettuccine according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. Season chicken with Cajun seasoning.
  3. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and cook chicken until golden brown and cooked through; remove and slice.
  4. In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  5. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer; stir in Parmesan cheese until melted.
  6. Add cooked fettuccine and sliced chicken to the sauce, tossing to combine.
  7. Season with salt and black pepper; garnish with parsley before serving.

Notes

  • For a spicier kick, add extra Cajun seasoning.
  • This dish can be made ahead of time and reheated.
