  • 2 tablespoons green onions, sliced

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger to make the marinade.
  2. Add chicken thighs to the marinade and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Cook rice according to package instructions.
  4. In a skillet, heat oil and stir-fry mixed vegetables until tender.
  5. Remove chicken from the marinade and cook in the skillet until fully cooked.
