  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1/4 cup strawberry frosting

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake pan with liners.
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add in the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Stir in the vanilla extract and milk, followed by the flour until just combined.
  5. Fold in the chopped strawberries gently.
  6. Divide the batter evenly among the cupcake liners and bake for 18-20 minutes.
  7. Let the cupcakes cool completely on a wire rack.
  8. Top each cupcake with strawberry frosting and sprinkle with crushed graham crackers.
