- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 cup strawberry jam
- 1/2 cup fresh strawberries, diced
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine oats, flour, brown sugar, melted butter, salt, and baking soda.
- Press half of the oat mixture into the bottom of a greased baking dish.
- Spread the strawberry jam over the oat base, then top with diced strawberries and lemon zest.
