- 1 large Italian bread loaf
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup cooked Italian sausage
- 1 cup diced bell peppers
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the Italian bread loaf in half lengthwise and hollow out the insides.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the mozzarella cheese, sausage, bell peppers, onions, Parmesan cheese, olive oil, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
- Scoop the filling into the hollowed-out bread halves.
- Place the filled bread on a baking sheet and bake for about 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before slicing and serving.

- For extra flavor, add red pepper flakes to the filling.
