  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup cooked Italian sausage, crumbled

  • 1/2 cup onion, diced
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cut the top off the Italian bread loaf and hollow out the inside.
  3. In a bowl, mix the mozzarella cheese, cooked sausage, bell pepper, onion, Parmesan cheese, olive oil, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder.
  4. Stuff the mixture into the hollowed-out bread.
