  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix the coconut milk, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.
