- 1 pound tater tots
- 8 slices turkey bacon
- 4 ounces chicken ham
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then crumble it.
- In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- In a greased 9×13 inch baking dish, layer the tater tots, crumbled turkey bacon, chicken ham, and cheddar cheese.
